What is Swap to Stop?
Swap to Stop is a new scheme open to all smokers (18+) in the South Tees area who want to quit.
We’ll provide you with a free vape starter kit and oils tailored to you, to help you swap to a less harmful alternative to cigarettes.
Up to 2 in 3 long-term smokers will die from smoking, and vaping is one of the most effective tools to support your quit attempt.
We’re here to help.
How do I get my free vape kit?
You can sign up for Swap to Stop online.

What’s the catch?
There isn’t one! The only thing we ask is that you let us contact you after 4 weeks to see if you’ve fully swapped from cigarettes, are using both, or are still smoking.
